Andrew Rongaus - Judge Court of Common Pleas.jpg

“I have been a volunteer firefighter for 30 years and it is that instinct to protect that inspires me to serve on the court. As a private practice attorney who has been Pennsylvania’s top drug prosecutor in the Attorney General’s Office and Deputy Chief Counsel in the Pennsylvania State Police, I know how to run a courtroom that displays common-sense and decorum. My knowledge and experience will be invaluable if I am given the opportunity to serve you as a judge.”

- Andy Rongaus

A lifelong resident of Chester County, Andy Rongaus is a partner in the Siana Law firm, representing police departments, officers, and municipalities.

He has been Chief of the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Drug Strike Force Section, serving as the state's top drug prosecutor and Deputy Chief Counsel to the State Police.

In nearly 25 years as a civil and criminal litigator, his trial experience spans all three US District Courts for Pennsylvania and 40 of 60 statewide judicial districts for the Court of Common Pleas. He has represented clients before the US Supreme Court, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, and the Pennsylvania Superior Court.
