As Director of the Register of Wills, Shawn will optimize services and restore trust, putting confidence back into the process of validating people’s wills.  As a full-time director, he will ensure that the probate process proceeds in a legal, ethical, service oriented, and timely manner. 

 

The department requires a professional and efficient director who can help families navigate the complex legal process of probate.  Mr. Mullen will ensure the sacrifices and wishes expressed the wills are executed in the way they were intended.

 

Shawn was a National Sales Manager and Director of Business Development for an ophthalmic laser company.  He managed specialized, diverse teams in a regulatory and customer-oriented environment.

 

Shawn came to Chester County after completing his degree at Juniata College. He is a 35-year resident who is active in many local organizations in East Nantmeal. He assists with municipal projects in Elverson Borough and is a frequent contributor at Owen J Robert’s school board meetings, in addition to volunteering at his church.
