Dave has over eighteen years of experience practicing commercial law and civil litigation. Dave has worked on cases at all Pennsylvania state and federal court systems levels, including the United States Supreme Court. Dave has also represented clients before administrative agencies on various statutory, contractual, and governmental disputes. In addition, Dave has litigated cases for individuals, local, regional, and national businesses, emergency services organizations, quasi-governmental agencies, schools, farmers, and non-profit associations. He routinely handles high-value and high-profile cases which generate media attention. Dave also regularly sits as an arbitrator, usually as Chairman, for arbitration-level cases in the Chester County Court of Common Pleas.
