DELEGATE TO THE REPUBLICAN NATIONAL CONVENTION
Donna was born in Guyana, South America, and lived in Venezuela before legally immigrating to the U.S.A. and becoming a citizen. As such, she is intimately acquainted with the issues surrounding immigration and the inherent dangers of Socialism. Having experienced first-hand the chaos and failure of socialist economies where the Governments control business, industry, banks, communications and all aspects of life, Donna got involved in local Chester County GOP politics in 2009, dedicated to supporting candidates of great principle and high moral integrity.
Donna has run for Township Committeewoman every 2 years since 2010. She was elected as Area Chair for the Oxford Area 19 Committee (April 2017 to August 2019), successfully running four school board candidates to victory, including a write-in at-large candidate over nine precincts, and convincingly winning every Republican race by greater than 2 to 1, in November 2019 in her Elk Township precinct. Donna stepped down from the Area Chair position in August 2019 to focus on political issues covering all of Chester County.
During the past 10 years, Donna has recruited and managed volunteer grassroots activists and interns for political activities. In 2012, she co-managed the American Majority Field Office HQ, which helped swing SE Chester County PA by 9.8% to win for the GOP candidate, using volunteers in phone-banking and door-to-door visits to 24,000 voters. She worked closely with grassroots activists, community leaders, and religious organizations during this time and co-managed logistics for an event held with nationally-known speakers, David Barton and Alveda King in Chester County, PA, which attracted 500+ voters in two weeks. In addition, her on-going political activities include recruitment, training diverse groups and mentoring new committee members, organizing seminars and giving presentations to groups ranging from 6 to 500 people on political issues of the day. Donna is a 2015 Heritage Action, D.C. Wall of Honor Sentinel, and was the Coalition for Advancing Freedom (CAF) Grassroots Volunteer of the Year in 2012.
She values principles over political cronyism and corrupt practices, and her concerns are for the taxpayers who deserve honest, limited government. She also appeared in 2019 in the ad supporting President Trump which aired in late October 2019 at the World Series Game 7, said to be the first political ad ever to air during a World Series game.
Donna is married, and holds an MBA, with diverse experience in business development, strategic management, and contract negotiations. As well as Politics, she is active in the Pro-Life movement and in her Church with various ministries.
