PA Commonwealth Court
Proudly hailing from Northwest Pennsylvania, Stacy’s grassroots upbringing will bring a refreshing perspective to our appellate court system.
Her guiding principles are to seek justice, love kindness, and to walk humbly in living out these principles. The daughter of a former Pennsylvania State Trooper and a certified medical technician, Stacy initially pursued a career in broadcast communications before an interest in providing legal aid to underserved communities motivated her to attend law school. After successfully passing the bar exam in 2004, Stacy returned home to McKean County where her experience as a judicial law clerk first led her to consider serving as a judge.
Over the past 16 years, Stacy has practiced in a variety of legal areas, both transactional and in litigation, and has had the privilege of clerking for the PA Superior Court. She is the current president of the McKean County Bar Association, a certified mediator in conflict resolution, and has taught as an adjunct professor at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford.
Stacy has actively served the PA GOP as a state committee person, county chairperson, and most recently as vice-chairperson of the PA GOP Legislative Review Committee and secretary for the Northwest Caucus. Stacy excels in legal research and writing and is a bold advocate for the rule of law. Stacy is actively involved in her community and her church. As a judge, she will restore the public’s confidence and trust in Pennsylvania’s judiciary by emphasizing integrity and due process. Most importantly, Stacy can always be trusted to practice judicial restraint by adhering to our federal and state constitutions.
Stacy has been a Pennsylvania resident her entire life, and currently resides in Bradford, McKean County with her husband of 16 years, Curt, and their two children, Lucas and Cora.
