CHAIRMAN
 

Chairman Terzian is a native of Southeastern Pennsylvania and the proud first-generation son of ethnic Armenian immigrants who came to the United States seeking freedom and opportunity. Chairman Terzian has been married to his wife Rosanne for 30 years and has lived in Chester County for more than 20 years, where he and his wife have raised four wonderful children.

 

Professionally, Chairman Terzian is a senior healthcare executive and a board-certified emergency physician with more than 30 years of clinical and administrative experience and has served on the faculties of leading academic medical centers in the Philadelphia region. Chairman Terzian also has experience in occupational health and holds a master's degree in public health with a focus on health policy and population health.

 

Prior to his election as Chairman in June 2022, he served as Chairman of the Tredyffrin Township Republican Committee (Areas 7, 22, and 23) and as a precinct Committee person in Tredyffrin E-5. He also serves on the Township Parks and Recreation Board and is a board member of the Tredyffrin Historic Preservation Trust. In 2020, he was appointed to serve on the Chester County Board of Health. In addition, he is an active member of his parish community at St. Katharine of Siena Church in Wayne, where he is a member of the Knights of Columbus.
